Lindsey & Joseph’s Rainy Day Turned Perfect Wedding

Lindsey and Joseph got married on May 17, 2025, at The Applegate Ranch — and while the day started off with pouring rain, that didn’t stop the excitement. Everyone arrived was hoping the skies would clear. And just in time, they did! The rain let up, the clouds broke apart, and the most beautiful soft light rolled in across the ranch. It felt like a wedding miracle, and the timing couldn’t have been better.

A Meaningful Day with Family & Memories

This wedding was full of sweet personal touches. Lindsey wore her grandmother’s pearls and her perfume as a way to honor her memory. It was such a special detail, and you could tell it meant the world to her. Joseph’s family flew in from Alaska and Kansas, which made the day even more meaningful. Having everyone together in one place — especially after such a long travel — added to the joy and emotion of the day.

The Applegate Ranch was the perfect setting. The open fields and mountain views made every part of the day feel cozy and calm. Even after the rain, the ranch looked absolutely stunning. The wet ground only made the greenery more vibrant. Whether it was during the ceremony or out taking photos, the beauty of the venue showed up in every single moment. It’s the kind of place that feels tucked away and peaceful, like its own little world.
