There’s No Place Like Home

You know that feeling of home, how the air just carries memories, a place where you exhale fully wrapped in comfort. There is no place like home and that’s exactly where this couple wanted to say I Do.

The beautiful bride talks fondly of all her childhood memories in this beautiful home. She wanted nothing more than a backyard wedding in a place full of memories. The bride and groom wanted to have a wedding that was meaningful and a place they could easily visit. From the backyard the bride grew up running around barefoot in the grass to the groom’s mother growing and arranging by hand every floral piece. This wedding was one they would never forget. One I will never forget!

The bride’s hair was done so perfectly by @paigelynnbeauty . The bride made sure this day was special and I loved watching her invision of her Big Day come to life! The beautiful arch with the floral arrangement the groom’s mother worked so hard on and the yard she grew up in so well kept. There was so much that went into this wedding and was done on their budget. It was beautiful watching each family member play such a role to make her dream come true by having an intimate backyard wedding with her closest family members and friend.

The First Look

The first look, as the bride and groom see each other for the first time that day is always a favorite part of mine. There was so much love and excitement. The groom smiled with a few tears in his eyes as he looked at his soon to be bride and the bride smiled with emotion taking in her handsome groom. It was just the two of them wrapped in a love so quiet yet so profound.

The bride as she walked down the aisle was glowing with love and happiness as a few happy tears dropped from family members as she passed them. The groom in complete awe of how beautiful his soul mate is, there really wasn’t a dry eye. They spent the rest of their wedding day with loved ones. Drinking and laughing while they celebrated the beautiful bride and groom.

Meaning Over Money

The intimate backyard wedding wasn’t just about saving money but about making more memories. You don’t have to spend more to make a wedding more intimate. I loved being able to be apart of their big day and capture these special memories.
