Golden Leaves and River Breeze: Our Autumn Wedding 

Moments that made the autumn riverside wedding morning

Chelsie and Samuel had the most beautiful riverside wedding in Oregon. There is something about Oregon in October that feels so magical with the golden leaves and the river breeze, the crisp air, and the soft rush of the river nearby. Chelsie and Samuel’s wedding was picture perfect- the nature by the river and the golden leaves, the intimacy, and surrounded by the people they love. 

As the beautiful bride, Chelsie finishes getting ready for The biggest moment of her life, her bridesmaids and loved ones touch her shoulder as they pray over her. The love for Chelsie filled the room leaving no dry eyes in the room. What a beautiful thing to witness. Then her mother helped her with her veil and finishing touches. Meanwhile Samuel was outside with his groomsmen and loved ones getting his tie straightened up and also getting prayed over. The love and support this couple has is something special. Their love as soon to be husband and wife could be felt by everyone and all the loved ones were so excited for them!

The setting and details that made the river wedding so special

The venue at the tea pot on wheels  was tucked away in the beautiful countryside of Oregon.  The crisp air on this fall day was cool, the river flowed softly, and the leaves were starting to change color giving their wedding a perfect backdrop. They kept things simple, letting nature do the heavy lifting. They did have a beautiful wooden arch with flowers hand made by the groom’s mother making the details so meaningful and red material that wrapped around the arch so beautifully. The backdrop of nature that showed the beautiful golden leaves and river behind that brought a calm hush to the chill breeze. Chelsie and Samuel’s wedding was full of loved ones and was a peaceful and  intimate wedding.

The celebration begins by the river

Dinner was served on long wooden tables, decorated so beautifully. Everyone laughed and some teared up as loved ones gave speeches for the bride and groom. They toasted to the bride and groom. Everyone stopped and stared at the cake @sugarrushbakerymedford table as they walked by, in awe of how beautiful the cake was. There was no cake smash for this bride and groom, they softly fed each other the delicious cake then played a bride and groom shoe game that made all their loved ones laugh and laugh. Then the bride and groom made their way to the dance floor.

There was only one DJ That could help them celebrate their Big Day and that was @djveach.  As the night got darker, the beautiful lights lit the dance floor. The DJ soon directed the groom to get the garter while the single men stood excited to see who would catch it as he flung it into the air. Then the single ladies all giggling waited anxiously to see who would catch Chelsie’s, the bride, beautiful bouquet. The bride and groom ended the night in wifey and Hubby sweat suits while they danced the last few songs. They exited the wedding with a beautiful sparkler send off as they start their life as husband and wife.
